袁家村微细粒混合铁矿浮选关键技术研究

摘    要:针对袁家村铁矿浮选给矿粒度微细,处理铁矿物种类多的特点,创新研发出大循环阴离子反浮选技术,并成功应用于袁家村选矿厂。扩大连选试验表明浮选精矿品位为66.25%,作业回收率为85.20%。袁家村选矿厂生产实践表明浮选精矿品位为65.92%,作业回收率为88.55%。

Study of Key Flotation Technologies for Yuanjiacun Micro-fine Mixed Iron Ores
Abstract:Considering that Yuanjiacun iron ores for flotation are fine in feed size and diverse in kinds of iron ores, big circulation anionic reverse flotation technology is innovatively developed and successfully applied in Yuanjiacun Concentrate Plant. Iron concentrates with the grade of 66. 25% and recovery of 85. 20% are obtained by using this process in expanded & continuous tests and concentrates with the grade of 65. 92% and recovery of 88. 55% are obtained using this process in the industrial production.
