摘    要::大水头矿是一个设计生产能力 10 5万t/a的矿井 ,矿井采用综采放顶煤一次采全高的采煤法 ,首采10 1工作面走向长 10 40m ,倾斜宽 142m ,工作面发现 6条断层 ,并且煤层厚度变化大 ,为 0~ 18m ,煤质松软、节理发育、顶板极易冒落 ,底板起伏不平 ,构造发育 ,并出现两处无煤区。工作面回采 30 0m后 ,由于多条断层同时出现在工作面 ,造成底板岩石凸起 ,使工作面沿倾斜方向破底达到 110m ,高度平均 1m ,全断面岩石达到 8m ,给工作面生产带来了极大困难 ,后经技术论证 ,采取措施 ,强化管理 ,取得了良好的生产效果和经济效益

Abstract:Dashuitou coal mine is a designed coal mine with 1050 throusand tla production capacity,this caol mine adopts mining method of the tallest once,first mining lol workface with 1040 m long,142m inclined width,found six fault at workface,thickness of coal seams is different about 0~18m,coal is soft,roof is easy to fall,floor undulating,tactonic developing,and two places is no coal area.After actual mining 300m in workface,because several fauly was found in workface at sametime,it causes convex of floor rock,makes workface inclined 110m,1m height,all section rock reach 8m,makes great difficult to workface production. After this techique is demonstrated,takes measures,strengthens managment,and gains good productive and economic result.
