极近距离下位煤层回采巷道优化布置研究

摘    要:基于FLAC3D数值模拟方法,对某矿上位3号煤层开采时对底板(下位4号煤层顶板)的影响进行了数值模拟计算,并进一步对下位4号煤层回采巷道的不同位置进行了模拟分析,最终确定了回采巷道的布置方式及合理错距.研究结果表明:3号煤层的开采严重破坏了两煤层之间岩层的完整性,并对4号煤层回采巷道的布置产生较大影响,综合考虑应力分布特征、顶板下沉位移量、破坏区分布及支护方式,最终确定巷道采用外错式布置,巷道的外错距离为16~20 m较为合适,经现场实践检验,能够满足现场支护要求,取得了较好的支护效果.研究结果对于我国极近距离煤层开采具有重要的参考价值.

Abstract:Based on FLAC3D numerical simulation method,it made numerical simulation for impact on roof(subordinate position No.4 coal seam roof) during epigyny No.3 coal seam mining in a mine,and it carried out of simulation analysis for different position of subordinate position No.4 coal seam mining road,and it finally confirmed arrangement mode and reasonable offsets.The results show that:No.3 coal seam mining has seriously undermined the strata integrity between the two coal seams,and it has a greater impact on arrangement of No.4 coal seam mining road,it made comprehensive consideration of stress distribution characteristics,roof subsidence displacement,damage zone distribution and support mode,and it ultimately determined to adopt outside transplacement arrangement mode,its appropriate distance is about 16~20 m,it shows that it can meet requirements of live support,and it obtained a better supporting effect.The results has important reference value for close coal mining in our country.
