高温矿井风网解算中通风参数校正问题的探讨

摘    要:受风流增温的影响,使用常规算法计算高温矿井的巷道通风参数会产生一定误差,这会直接影响风网解算结果。通过研究空气密度的计算、风流与巷道进行热交换条件下风流温度的分布计算、巷道段的自然风压计算,通过巷道入口风流温度和巷道壁对流传热系数计算,获得高温矿井巷道自然风压的计算方法,利用该方法计算巷道自然风压,参数易于测得、计算结果精确、便于实际应用;通过分析风流增温对巷道风量的影响,为解决节点风量平衡与风流增温风量增加的矛盾,假设巷道风量不变,通过巷道风阻校正,消除保持风量不变对巷道阻力计算的影响。通过自然风压的加入与巷道风阻的校正,可有效提高高温矿井的风网解算精度。

Abstract:Being effected by air flow temperature,the use rule algorithm calculation high temperature mine tunnel ventilation parameter is able to come into being the specified error.This is able to directly affect the result solving networks.By means of the research to calculate air density,the air flow temperature distribution calculation under there is heat change air flow with tunnel and the natural wind pressure calculation in a tunnel length.Through calculating air temperature at the tunnel entrance and the coefficient of convection heat transfer between air flow and tunnel,the computational method of tunnel natural wind pressure was obtained in high temperature mine.Using the way calculated tunnel natural wind pressure,it was easy to survey parameter,its computational solution was accurately and it was convenient for the using in practice.By means of analyses the effect from air flow gain the temperature to the tunnel amount of wind,in order to resolve the contradiction between the amount of wind equilibrium out or in node with the amount of wind adds following air temperature.In case the amount of wind in tunnel is unchangeable.Through correcting the tunnel windage,the effect to tunnel obstruction calculation was removed for maintaining the tunnel amount of wind.By means of adding natural wind pressure and calibrating tunnel windage,the accuracy solving ventilation networks is effectively raised.
