深井软岩巷道锚索-网壳衬砌耦合支护机理与实践

摘    要:为了控制深井软岩巷道有害变形,针对深井软岩巷道地压大、变形大、难支护的特点,提出了各种支护之间以及支护体与围岩之间耦合的锚索-网壳衬砌耦合支护技术.分析了锚索-网壳衬砌耦合支护机理和网壳支架的作用特点,设计了合理的网壳支架,确定了网壳支架的承载能力.讨论了锚索-网壳衬砌耦合支护技术关键和特点,通过Bonaitin-Thomson模型推导出预留刚隙柔层厚度的计算式.现场实测结果表明:前10 d巷道围岩变形较大,变形速度相对后期较高,此后变形速度急速下降,到第43 d时,巷道围岩基本不变形.锚索-网壳衬砌耦合支护技术能够较好地控制巷道围岩的有害变形.
