摘    要:基于矿压控制理论,分析了采场顶板和巷道围岩的矿压显现影响因素的数量变化特征以及与各种状态的关系,采用模糊数学理论,构建了采场顶板和巷道围岩的多因素灾害综合预警模型,研制出矿井顶板状态的智能监测及预警软件,并应用于KJ232矿井顶板状态与灾害预警系统,实现矿井采场顶板与巷道围岩监测系统的智能预警功能.本系统增加了顶板岩层结构、采场风流压强和巷道围岩破裂的声发射监测,并与平巷监测融为一体,综合判断工作面周围顶板围岩总体所处的安全和灾害状态.现场应用证明,该系统监测预警反应迅速,可敏锐地扑捉到顶板灾害的临界预兆信息,灾变预警趋势符合顶板断裂运动的来压显现和巷道围岩失稳破坏实际.
