摘    要:针对带式输送机的堆煤故障设计了一套基于机器视觉的煤矿带式输送机监控系统,该系统通过工业相机拍摄图像,对图像进行分析、处理并做出判断,确保带式输送机安全运行,实现非接触式可视化远程监控与测量。同时克服了传统接触式堆煤传感器易受环境影响、可靠性差等缺点,实现带式输送机堆煤实时检测,而且能够在堆煤形成初期提前预警,并为地面监控中心提供监控数据和监控视频,为带式输送机安全运行提供了有力的保障。

Abstract:A set of monitoring system based on machine vision was designed for the coal stacking fault of the belt conveyor. The system can analyze, process and judge the image through the industrial camera to ensure the safe operation of the belt conveyor and realize the non-contact visual remote monitoring and measurement. At the same time, it overcomes the shortcomings of traditional contact coal stacking sensor, such as easy to be affected by the environment and poor reliability, realizes the real-time detection of coal stacking of belt conveyor, and can give early warning in the early stage of coal stacking formation, and provides monitoring data and video for the ground monitoring center, which provides a strong guarantee for the safe operation of belt conveyor.
