摘 要: | 武夷天宝钼矿选厂由于矿石性质的变化,原设计流程无法满足生产需要,经过流程改造后,在钼原矿品位0.195%的基础上,精矿品位由36.43%提高到45%,尾矿品位由0.065%降低到0.021%,回收率由66.69%提高到80%,并综合回收了硫和磁铁矿有价金属.生产一年来运行稳定,为类似的改造提供了借鉴.

Abstract: | The original design process can t meet the production requirements because of the changes of ore properties in Wuyi Tianbao molybdenum mill.After the process transformation,on the basis of 0.195%molybdenum ore,the concentrate grade increased from 36.43%to 45%,the tailings grade decreased from 0.065%to 0.021%,the recovery rate increased from 66.69%to 80%,and the sulphur and magnetite were comprehensively recovered.The technological process has run steadily for a year,and which provides references for similar... |
