极硬岩中光面爆破参数优化设计与施工

摘    要:苍山铁矿围岩与矿体均属于坚硬到极坚硬岩石,在掘进过程中存在难爆破等现象.前期掘进中炮眼参数和炸药量采用不当,使得超挖欠挖的现象十分严重.为了解决这一问题,通过理论计算得到光爆基本参数后进行现场试验,通过现场试验对得到的参数进行调整和优化,将优化后的参数应用到巷道掘进中,大幅提高了巷道成形质量,降低了爆破震动对围岩的破坏,提高了巷道整体稳定性,减少了超欠挖和支护工作量,降低了施工成本,并为井下作业安全提供了可靠保障.
