太和铁矿碎矿车间除尘技术改造

摘    要:太和铁矿碎矿车间投产以后,粉尘污染一直严重。在除尘技术改造中,采用了CJ除尘器,除尘罩的设计因地制宜,确定除尘风量时主要参考其他矿山成功的经验,除尘管道按“等速”原则设计并设插板阀调整系统,实现了预期的目标,工作面卫生达标、除尘系统排放达标。

Abstract:After ore-breaking plant of Taihe Iron Mine brought into production, dust pollution was serious. In dust removal technological transformation, CJ mechanical deduster was used, suitable design for dust removal covering, and other mines experience was refered to determine the air quantity of dust removal. Dust removal pipe was designed according to uniform speed principle, and instituting breast board to adjust dust system, which made working face meet the health standard and dust removal system meet the effluent standard.
