金川二矿区贫矿石弱酸性介质选矿工艺试验研究

摘    要:金川二矿区贫矿石是一种含氧化镁高、铜镍低的较难选的贫矿石。本试验采用弱酸性介质选矿工艺选别该矿石,产出的镍铜精矿舍Ni 6.55%、Cu4.04%、MgO 4.24%.镍、铜回收率分剐为80.20%和84.25%同时综合回收了钴、琉、金、银和铂族元素。

Abstract:It is rather hard to process the low-grade nickel ore of No.2mining area in Jinch-an which contains lowgrade nickel and copper,high-grade magnesia.The weak-acidic medium mineral processing is used to process the ore to produce nickel and copper concentrate.The recovery of nickel and copper are80.20%and84.25%,and the concentrate grade of nickel,copper and magnesia are6.55%,4.04%and4.24%,in which cobalt,sulfide,gold,silver and platinum are also recovered.
