赤泥的工程特性与混堆技术探讨

摘    要:烧结法赤泥与拜尔法赤泥的工程特性相差较大,烧结法赤泥胶结后强度较高,拜耳法赤泥较难胶结。本文通过分析烧结法赤泥和拜尔法赤泥的工程特性及其堆存现状,提出赤泥混堆技术方案,并通过工程实例验证了其可行性。

Abstract:Red mud produced in sintering process and red mud produced in Bayer process have large difference in the engineering properties. The former have higher bond strength after it is cementation, while the latter more difficult to cement. Based on the analysis of the engineering characteristics of red mud and the current situation of red mud disposal site, the mixed stacking technique is proposed and the rationality of it is verified by case study.
