微山稀土矿尾矿综合利用试验研究

摘    要:根据矿样性质,对微山稀土矿现生产尾矿中的有价元素进行了综合回收研究,结果表明用浮选法采用合理的药剂制度和工艺流程,能获得S含量大于36%的硫精矿和BaSO4含量大于93%的重晶石精矿,回收率分别达84.42%和87.63%.用摇床分选一次后,Nb2O5的品位可由0.021%提高到0.0699%,回收率达90.48%.

Abstract:The study of comprehensive recovery of valuable elements in the tailing in Weishan Ra re Earth Mine has been carried out according to the property of mine sampling . The result expre sses that using flotation method,reasonable reagants and operating conditions can obtain the effect which S content is more than 36% in sulphide concentrate and BaSO 4 content is more than93% in barite.Their recovery ratio are 84.46% and 87.63%.After one separating by table concentrator?,?the grade of Nb 2O 5 is increased from ?0.021% ?to 0.069%?,?and the recovery ratio is up to 90.48%.
