对青海水利工程造价管理的思考

水利工程造价管理是项目管理中一项非常重要的内客，以较少的资金投入，获得最大的经济效益，既是基本建设项目管理的最终目的，又体现了工程造价管理的重要意义和水利工程造价管理在水利工程建设中显著而突出的地位。工程造价管理强调全过程的管理，本文在总结以往工程建设管理经验的基础上，对工程建设的造价管理进行了分析和探讨。

THOUGHT ON THE MANAGEMET OF HYDRAULIC ENGINEERING COST IN QINGHAI PROVINCE

The management hydraulic engineering cost is one of the most important content in the project management. To obtain the biggest benefit by the fewest funds investment is the final goal of basic project management, which also reflect the vital significance of the project construction cost management and remarkable prominent status of hydraulic engineering construction cost management in the hydraulic engineering construction. In the project construction cost management, emphasis should be placed on the management of the total process. Based on the summary of the former engineering construction management experience, the project construction cost management is analyzed and discussed in this paper.
