钾盐开采—加工技术及其对产业发展的影响

摘    要:水溶性固体钾盐、富钾卤水以及现代盐湖钾盐资源是钾盐产业开采与加工的主要对象。文章对国内外固体钾盐的地下开采与溶采、现代盐湖钾盐资源以及富钾卤水的开采技术、不同类型水溶性固体钾盐的选矿方法以及综合利用工艺与技术进行了系统总结;深入分析了我国钾盐开采与加工技术现状及其对产业发展的影响,认为我国在现代盐湖钾盐资源采选与加工技术领域具有相对技术优势;钾盐开采与加工技术的进步,盘活了大量低品位、难开采的钾盐资源,为钾盐产业的可持续发展提供了资源保证,为钾盐产业的扩能提质提供了技术支撑,也为我国钾盐资源的综合开发利用、产业升级与结构优化以及钾盐产业的整体快速发展与壮大产生了明显助推作用。

Abstract:Soluble solid potash, potash bearding brines and saline potash are the main targets in potash mining and processing. This paper, based on a systematic summary of their mining and processing technology, analyzes Chinas situation in potash mining and processing and its influence on industrial development. China possesses relative technical advantages in saline potash mining and processing. Technical improvement makes vast quantity of low grade, intractable potash resources recoverable, providing resource guarantee for sustainable development of potash industry and technical supports for expanding capacity and improving quality, and also driving China in comprehensive use, industrial upgrade and structural optimization of potash industry to a fast development.
