| 摘 要： | 解决矿业城市环境治理与生态恢复问题仅靠实施技术手段是很难解决好的,本文从环境恢复保证基金展开,并围绕影响评估报告与环境恢复保证基金、财税制度与绿色融资渠道、环境的可持续评价与环境绩效审计三个视点,探讨运用多种经济管理手段,达到矿业城市生态、环境系统恢复与重建的目的.

| Abstract: | Problems on environmental rehabilitation in mining cities can not be solved only by technology. From the view of the fund for environmental rehabilitation, based on three points including environmental assessment report and environmental security, state financial systems and green finance, environmental sustainable evaluation and environmental performance audit, this paper discuses the rehabilitation and reconstruction of ecology and environment of mining cities by using different economic management method. |
