| 摘 要： | 以2010-2014年我国30个省市自治区的面板数据为样本，利用多元线性回归模型，针对我国不同类型环境规制对不同资源依赖度区域的生态效率的影响进行研究，以期为地方政府进行环境管理提供参考依据。研究表明，在高资源依赖度地区，强制命令型环境规制与区域生态效率负相关，市场激励型环境规制和自愿接受型环境规制与区域生态效率呈倒“U”型关系；在低资源依赖度地区，强制命令型环境规制与生态效率同样呈负相关，市场激励型环境规制与之呈倒“U”型关系，自愿接受型环境规制对其影响不明显。对于不同资源依赖度地区在不同的发展阶段要重点关注相应类型的环境规制，最大程度发挥环境规制的作用。

| Abstract: | This paper, based on panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2010-2014, uses multiple linear regression model to study the eco-efficiency influence of different environmental regulations on different resource-dependence areas, in order to provide references for local governments to manage environment. In high resource-dependence areas, mandatory environmental regulations are negatively related to regional eco-efficiency, market-driven and voluntary- acceptance environmental regulations show an upside-down U shape with eco-efficiency. In low resource-dependence areas, mandatory environmental regulations act negatively with regional eco-efficiency, market-driven environmental regulation displays an upside-down U shape, but voluntary-acceptance has little influence. Hence, the paper suggests that environmental regulations vary with the types of resource-dependence areas at different developing stages so as to maximize the performance of environmental regulations. |
