中国锂资源产业现状及对策建议

随着新能源汽车及数码信息等产业的快速发展，金属锂在工业中的应用与日俱增。从国内锂资源分布特征、产品供应和消费需求及技术工艺3方面分析我国锂产业现状，提出亟待解决的几个主要问题：1）资源禀赋差、资源对外依存度高；2）提锂工艺技术复杂，产业竞争力较差；3）产能过剩及产品低端化。这些问题制约我国锂产业的持续健康发展。针对问题，提出以下建议：1)加大国内外锂资源勘查开发力度；2)加强高Mg/Li值盐湖卤水提锂工艺的科技攻关；3)加强高性能锂电技术研发，拓展锂产品产业链；4)加强战略指导和规划，优化锂产业发展布局。

SITUATION AND SUGGESTIONS OF CHINA'S LITHIUM RESOURCES INDUSTRY

Lithium is increasingly being used as a rapid development of new energy vehicles and digital information industries. This paper, based on China's lithium resource distribution, supply and consumption, and technology, analyzes the situation of China's lithium industry, and presents issues such as poor resource occurrence, highly dependence upon imports, complicated extracting process, poor competitiveness, over production capacity, and low products, which constraints the sustainable development of China's lithium industry. This paper presents suggestions in intensifying lithium resource exploration, boosting high Mg/Li brines Li extracting technology, researching Li battery with high performance, and expanding Lithium products and strategic planning and optimizing lithium industrial layout.
