| 摘 要： | 广义的类间流转包括农用地与国有建设用地间的流转、农用地与集体建设用地间的流转和未利用地流转3类；广义的类内流转包括农用地类内流转和建设用地类内流转2类；农地承包权间流转包括家庭农地承包权间流转和其他方式承包权与家庭农地承包权间流转；家庭承包权流转包括转包、出租、互换、转让、股份合作5种形式。

| Abstract: | The land transfer has three types, including transfer between agricultural land and state owned construction land, between agricultural land and collective construction land, and among unused land, and has two types in a narrow sense, including transfer among agricultural lands and transfer in construction lands. The agricultural land lease transfer types have two, including transfer among family agricultural land lease, and transfer between family agricultural land lease and other lease. The family lease transfer has five forms, including sub contract, lease, swap, sales and joint ventures. |
