润滑措施对齿轮传动效率和使用寿命的影响

摘    要:针对煤矿机械的低速重载工作特点,采用单因素齿轮台架试验方法,基于对试验曲线和结果的分析,揭示了润滑油品和冷却方式对齿轮传动效率和使用寿命的影响规律.提出在恒转速轻载和恒载荷低转速的工况下,主要功率损失为搅油功率损耗,应选用黏度低的润滑油和自然散热冷却的方法;在恒转速重载和恒载荷高转速的工况下,主要功率损失为啮合功率损耗,应选用黏度高的润滑油和循环水冷却的措施.指出抗极压的合成齿轮油能满足各种工况的要求,可优先选用.

Abstract:Aimed at low rotational speed and high load characteristics of the coal-mine machine,the experimental method of a single parameter was applied by the gear test-rig.Based on analyzing the result and the experimental curves,the effect of lubricating oil and cooling on transmission efficiency was described.According to the situation of constant rotational speed and ling load and constant load and low rotational speed,the choose method of low-viscidity lubricating oil and naturalness cooling was pointed out.Acc...
