空巷顶板稳定性原理及支护技术研究

摘    要:通过对工作面前方空巷围岩活动规律分析,建立了空巷顶板稳定性的力学模型,应用该力学模型,研究空巷基本顶的稳定性.采用高水速凝材料充填空巷新技术,同时加固空巷两帮破裂煤体,保持空巷围岩稳定.通过理论分析、数值模拟研究空巷顶板稳定性与高水速凝材料固结体力学特性的关系,合理确定了高水速凝材料充填参数.该研究结果已成功应用于工程实践.

Research on principle of roof stability of abandoned workings and supporting technology

Abstract:Through analysis for the active law of surrounding rock of the abandoned workings in the front of the working face, a mechanical model for studying the principle of roof stability in abandoned workings was established. The new filling technology of abandoned workings by using the high-water rapid hardening materials was applied to consolidate the crushed coals in both sides of the abandoned workings and to maintain the rock stability of the abandoned workings.By the theoretical analyis of the mechanical model for principle of the roof stability in the abandoned workings, the relationship between the mechanical properties of filling body and the roof stability of the abandoned workings was numerically analyzed and calculated, the filling parameters of high-water rapid hardening materials were rationally determined. The researching results were successfully used in the engineering practice.
