采场直接顶对支架与围岩关系的影响机制

摘    要:把采场直接顶视为可变形介质,分析了其变形破坏特征。根据采场直接顶的承载能力将其分为非承载区,承载区和弱承载区,提出了采场直接顶刚度的概念及其计算方法。认为在采场支架与围岩系统中,由于直接顶介质的影响,支架阻力并不能限制老顶的最终位态,支架工作阻力和顶板下沉量的关系是老顶给定变形条件下支架和直接顶作用的结果。

Abstract:Regarding the immediate roof in working as deformable medium,the deformed and destroyed characteristic of immediate roof was studied. Based on the load carrying capacity, the immediate roof is divided into non load bearing area, load bearing area and weak load bearing area.The concept and calculating method of immediate roof stiffness were advanced. The conclusion was given that in the system of support surrounding rock, the support resistance can not limit the final position of main roof due to the effect of immediate roof,and the relationship between support yield load and roof convergence is the result of the direct action of supports and immediate roof under the condition of specified deformation of main roof.
