泡沫溶胶抑制静态煤尘特性及其应用技术的试验研究

摘    要:为抑制静态煤尘起尘,分析了水性泡沫及泡沫溶胶液的表面张力及黏度;测定出水性泡沫液与煤尘对应的接触角,利用Zisman 图分析出煤尘浸湿性临界表面张力值;研制出以压缩气体作为惟一动力源的泡沫溶胶生成系统以及构建了泡沫溶胶抑尘试验系统。研究得出,当交联剂和表面活性剂添加质量分数分别为1%和5%时,构成的泡沫溶胶液具有较好的煤尘湿润性,较强的起泡能力和附着力;当压力为0.5 MPa、气体流量为60 m3/h时,吸入泡沫溶胶液的流量为9.81 m3/h,产泡体积为62.01 m3/h,气体利用率为87%,发泡倍数为6.3倍;风速在10.4 m/s以下时,泡沫溶胶能有效抑制煤堆不起尘。

Experimental study on the characteristics of static coal dust suppression by foam-sol and its application
Abstract:In order to effectively suppress the static coal dust,the paper presented a study of foam-sol technology-based coal dust control.First,the surface tension & viscosity of aqueous foam and foam solution was analyzed;Secondly,the contact angle was tested as aqueous foam solution wetted the coal dust,and the critical surface tension values of coal dust wettability were analyzed using the Zisman graph;finally,the foam-sol generating system with the compressed gas as the only power source was studied and the testing system of the foam-sol’s coal dust suppression was constructed.It is concluded that foam-sol has a better ability of wetting coal dust,a foaming ability and a stronger adhesive force,when the crosslinking agent and surfactant was added according to the mass rate of 1% and 5%,respectively.The foam-sol solution flow sucked into Vacuum nozzle is 9.81 m3/h,foam volume is 62.01 m3/h,the utilization rate of gas is 87% and the foaming multiple is 6.3,when the air-pressure is 0.5 MPa and the gas flow is 60 m3/h.The foam-sol could suppress the coal dust under a wind speed of 10.4 m/s.
