摘    要:现有深井降温系统主要存在能耗大和工作面湿度高的问题。为了解决这两个问题,提出了基于蓄热充填体深井吸附降温系统。系统由空气处理系统、充填采热系统及矿井水系统3个子系统组成。充填采热系统为空气处理系统中的转轮除湿机提供再生热源。矿井水系统用于给空气处理系统的表面式冷却器提供冷源。研究了系统的工作原理、热力学过程、热力计算和热性能分析。对某矿井工作面设计了基于蓄热充填体深井吸附降温系统,热力计算结果表明:系统降温前后的空气温度降低了8.9 ℃,相对湿度降低了52.9%。这种降温系统改善了井下工作面环境,并具有能耗低的优点,可应用于采用充填法控制地压的高温矿井。

Mechanism of backfill thermal utilization adsorption cooling system in deep mine
Abstract:The main problems of existing cooling system in deep mine were high energy consumption and high humidity.Backfill thermal utilization adsorption cooling system in deep mine was designed to solve the problems mentioned above.It consists of three subsystems:air handling unit,backfill thermal subsystem and mine water subsystem.Backfill thermal is used as the regenerative heat source for desiccant wheel of air handling unit.Mine water is used as the cold source for surface cooler of air handling unit.First working principle of this system was presented,then the thermodynamic process of this system was analyzed,next thermal performance analysis was described.A mine working face with backfill thermal utilization adsorption cooling system was tested.The results show that the handling air temperature of the system is 8.9 ℃ lower than before and the relative humidity is 52.9% lower than before.It has the merits of better thermal comfort and low energy consumption.The system can be applied in high temperature mine with filling mining.
