数字钻探随钻参数与岩石单轴抗压强度关系

摘    要:针对常规的现场岩石单轴抗压强度测试方法周期长、成本高的问题,提出一种基于数字钻探测试岩石单轴抗压强度的方法。根据岩石钻进过程中的受力特点,基于能量分析法,推导了岩石单位切削能与随钻参数的关系式。同时,基于自主研发的多功能岩石钻探测试系统,开展了砂岩及不同强度砂浆试件等完整岩石的数字钻探试验,通过试验结果分析,建立了随钻参数与岩石单轴抗压强度的定量关系模型(DP-UCS模型),并对其进行了验证,结果表明:DP-UCS模型预测的单轴抗压强度与单轴压缩试验测定的单轴抗压强度的差异率平均值小于10%,证明了该模型的有效性。

Relationship between rock drilling parameters and rock uniaxial compressive strength based on energy analysis
Abstract:In order to overcome the problem of long period and high cost for testing the uniaxial compressive strength of rock,a method for testing the uniaxial compressive strength of rock based on digital drilling is proposed.According to the characteristics of the rock drilling process,this paper deduces the relationship between rock unit cutting energy and the drilling parameters based on the energy analysis method.At the same time,based on the self-developed multi-function rock drilling test system,the authors carried out the digital drilling test of intact rock,such as sandstone and different strength mortar specimen.Based on the analysis of the test results,a quantitative relationship model (DP-UCS model) between the drilling parameters and the uniaxial compressive strength of the rock was established and verified.The results show that the deviation rate between the uniaxial compressive strength predicted by the DP-UCS model and the uniaxial compressive strength measured by the uniaxial compression test is less than 10%,the validity of the model is proved.
