微杆菌对乌海高硫煤中有机硫脱除的研究

摘    要:从炼油厂分离出一株脱硫的菌株YBS2#,摇瓶培养该菌株96 h后通过高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测,对二苯并噻吩(DBT)降解率可达到64%,经对菌株进行形态观察及生理生化特征鉴定将其归类为微杆菌属(Microbacterium).在自制反应装置中考察了该菌株对乌海煤中有机硫的脱除效果,实验结果表明:该菌株在搅拌速度160 r/min,温度30 ℃,pH=7.5时,对煤炭中有机硫的脱除率可达70.45%,全硫的脱除率可达到45.05%. 

Abstract:A strain, namely YBS2# isolated from a refinery, using HPLC to detect, DBT were degraded 64% by the strain after 96 h. The microbial strain was identified as Microbacterium based on morphological observations, as well as physiological and biochemical tests. A test of biodesulfurization in bioreactor of organo sulfur in Wuhai high sulphur coal was performed by the strain. The results show that it remove 70.45% organo sulfur and 45.05% total sulfur from crude coal,when agitating rate at 160 r/min, pH=7.5 and 30 ℃.
