老采空区地基稳定性评价

摘    要:以平顶山矿务局阿庄住宅小区为实例,系统地研究了老采空区上方地基稳定性的评价方法,提出了以建筑物荷载影响深度,采空区冒落裂缝带发育高度不相互重叠来确定建筑物的层数,指出在建筑物设计时要适当考虑老采空区活化可能产生的地表残余变形。

Abstract:Taking Chenzhuang residential quarter of Pingdingshan Coal Mining Bureau for example, the evaluation method of foundation stability over goaf was systematically studied.It put forward that the storeys of building is determined on the principle that the influence depth of load of building do not overlapped with development height of caving rock fracture zone in goaf,it pointed out that during design of building,it should appropriately consider that surface residual deformation may be induced due to goaf activation,thus it provided scientific basis for constructing high storeys building over goaf.
