摘    要:运用移动机器人搭载摄像机对综采设备姿态信息进行采集,通过无线图像传输装置将图像信息传送至图像采集卡,采集卡对该信号进行采集、量化,压缩编码成数字视频,再通过USB接口把压缩的视频数据传送到主机上,应用Matlab采集和处理接收的图像信息,处理结果直观,为综采设备姿态提供信息数据和决策依据。

Robot vision inspection system for roof strata pressure of fully mechanized mining workface
Abstract:Using camera which was fixed on a robot collected the visible information of parameters of fully mechanized mining workface.Wireless image transmission device transmitted the image information to image acquisition card,then image information was collected,compressed and coded into video.It was transmitted to computer through the USB interface.Matlab collected and processed the received image information,and provided data and decision to fully mechanized mining workface by the results of processing.
