综采工作面粉尘分布规律的实验研究

摘    要:运用气固两相流运动方程,导出模拟综采工作面的相似准则数,设计实验模拟工作面巷道,并在0.25,1,2,3和4 m/s风速条件下测定含水率为0.38%和1.41%的煤尘以及滑石粉的浓度分布情况.根据粉尘浓度的实测数据,分析综采工作面粉尘运动规律.结果表明,尘源的性质和工作面的风速是影响粉尘运动的主要因素;综采工作面的除尘重点应该放在采煤机下风向12.5 m以内;预湿煤壁对降低工作面粉尘浓度有很大作用.

Abstract:According to the similar numbers of fully mechanized mining face,derived from the kinetic equation of gas-solid two-phase flow,the experimental model for the laneway in mines was designed and the distribution of dust(0.38% and 1.41% moisture content coal dust,talcum powder) concentration in 0.25,1,2,3 and 4 m/s wind velocity conditions was measured.The analysis of dust-moving laws on fully mechanized mining face based on the measure data of dust concentration,shows that the major factors for dust movement are the properties of dust and wind velocity on the face.Dust control on the mining face should be focused on the place within 12.5 meters behind the coal mining machine leeward side,and wetting the coal face ahead is also important for dust reduction.
