冲击载荷作用下DWX型单体液压支柱内压分析

摘    要:建立了DWX型单体液压支柱在冲击载荷作用下的动力学模型,利用Hamilton原理导出其波动方程,然后采用有限差分法进行求解,得出了支柱内液体压力的变化规律及其各种影响因素.分析表明:安全阀安装的最佳位置应该在支柱的上端;冲击会引起支柱内压迅速升高,要求安全阀的响应速度要快;活柱体的充分伸出,有利于提高支柱的抗冲击性.

Abstract:A dynamic model for the DWX single hydraulic prop under axial impact loading was established,and the wave equation was derived by using the Hamilton principle,the equation was solved by finite difference method.The internal hydraulic pressure variation law of prop and other influencing factors were discussed.It is clear from the analysis that the best place where the safety valve setted is at the head of the prop;impact will bring internal hydraulic pressure rising speedy,so need the safety valve acts rapidly;the prop hold out more sufficiency,the shock resistance more enhanced of the hydraulic prop.
