基于差分进化算法的钻头波阻辨识研究

摘    要:通过建立以透射系数为参数的钻头入、反射波状态方程,将冲击凿岩机械系统中钻头波阻特性参数估计转化为以透射系数为参数的非线性全局优化问题。基于差分进化算法,给出了一种辨识方法以求解这个全局优化问题。结合3种不同波阻特性的凿岩钻头冲击实验数据,对两种典型差分进化算法的有效性和实用性进行了研究,且与基于遗传算法和微粒群优化算法的辨识方法进行了性能比较。研究结果表明,所提方法在收敛性和鲁棒性方面均好于遗传算法和微粒群优化算法,所涉及的控制参数较少且工程应用上容易调整,为冲击凿岩机械系统中钻头波阻特性参数的离线辨识提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract:By establishing the state equations parameterized with transmission coefficient for the drill bit’s incident waves and reflection waves,the parameter identification of the characteristics impedance of the drill bit was formulated as a nonlinear global optimization problem.A new method based on differential evolution was proposed in order to solve the global optimization problem.The effectiveness of the proposed method was investigated by using experimental data of three drill bits with variable characteristic impedance.Compared with other optimization approaches such as particle swarm optimization and genetic algorithms,the proposed method has better properties in terms of convergence and robustness,and can be used as another alternative method to the identification of the characteristics impedance of the drill bit.
