矿工应急处置能力评估方法研究

摘    要:基于个体的生理参数指标和其应急处置能力具有密切关联的特性,通过设计并搭建实验系统、施测样本员工和数据挖掘等方法,研究矿工应急处置能力的评估问题。结果表明:开发的实验系统可用以实验研究矿工在主要突发事件时的应急处置能力;甄选出的7项生理指标在一定程度上反映了矿工应急处置能力的状况;提出的矿工应急处置能力评估指数和测算方法,探索性解决了矿工应急处置能力的定量评估问题。研究成果可用于区别不同应急能力的员工,为煤矿关键岗位甄选提供了支持,而导致差异性的原因和针对性的改善方法等问题仍值得探索。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of individual physiological parameter indices being closely related to individual emergency handling ability,through methods of designing and building experiment system,testing employee samples,data processing and analysis,studied the evaluation on miners’ emergency handling ability.The results show that the developed experimental system can study miners’ emergency handling ability in sudden events;the 7 selected physiological parameter indices can reflect miners’ emergency handling ability condition to some extent;the evaluation index and determining method presented on miner emergency handling ability can exploratively solve the quantitative evaluation problem on miners’ emergency handling ability.The research results can be used to distinguish employees of different emergency ability,and provide support for coal mine key post employees’ selection.At the same time,the reason for emergency ability difference,targeted improving methods,etc.are still worthy of discussion.
