摘    要:在喷淋吸收装置中考察了添加柠檬酸强化电石渣烟气脱硫的过程及机理,研究结果表明:电石渣浆液中添加5 mmol/L的柠檬酸,脱硫效率从58.90%增加到77.30%,电石渣浆液中添加柠檬酸有利于烟气脱硫。同时考察了SO2入口浓度、温度、pH值及液气比等操作因素对脱硫的影响。增加SO2入口浓度、升高烟气温度,柠檬酸/电石渣复合浆液脱硫效果降低;提高浆液pH值脱硫效率升高;液气比从15 L/m3上升到30 L/m3时,系统脱硫效率由32.60%上升到80.70%,继续增加液气比,脱硫效率下降。

Abstract:The mechanism and process of carbide slag flue gas desulfurization by adding citric acid in spray tower were studied.The results show that SO2 removal is increased from 58.90% with no citric acid to 77.30% with 5 mmol/L citric acid.The effect of concentration of SO2,temperature,pH value and ratio of liquid-gas were studied.The desulfurization efficiency decreases with inlet concentration of SO2 and temperature and increases with pH value.The ratio of liquid-gas increases from 15 L/m3 to 30 L/m3,the SO2 remo...
