常压等离子熔覆FeCrSiB+TiC涂层的研究

摘    要:针对煤炭生产的特点,研究了开发了一种金属表面熔覆陶瓷新工艺,本工艺用等离子扫描涂 料的金属表面,形成了含陶瓷材料的熔覆层,用电子探针、透射电镜、显微硬度计等分析了测试了涂层中的成分,组织、性能,研究结果表明,熔覆层由细小枝晶和TiC陶瓷相等组成,中部陶瓷相含量高,相应显微硬度最高,可达0.05HV1450,这是由和TiC相上浮,磁 ,烧结及表面冷却速度快导致上浮受阻所的;陶瓷相有熔化、溃散痕迹,且周围存在白色反应层,当熔履层中TiC含量大于60%时,出现垂直于扫描方向的裂纹,由热应力和温度梯度引起。

Abstract:A ceramic technology of metal surface is researched and developed against coal production feature, and a cladding containing ceram material is formed by scanning metal surface that coats covering material. Composition, structure and performance are analyzed by electron probe, TEM and microhardness tester. The results show that cladding consists of tiny arborescent and TiC, etc, ceram phase content in center of cladding is highest, and also microhardness, reaching 0 05HV1 450, it due to rising, crashing and sinterring of TiC ceram and cooling quickly of surface. When TiC content is greater than 60 %, crack of being perpendicular to scanning direction appears because of thermal stress.
