单体液压支柱轻型化研究

摘    要:为减轻DZ型单体液压支柱的重量,将主要零件──活柱筒、油缸──采用了硼-铝共渗化学热处理工艺。结果表明,处理后,活塞筒和油缸的强度和硬度提高近一倍,为减小活柱筒和油缸的壁厚提供了数据。

Abstract:In order to reduce the weight of DZ single hydraulic prop,the major components of the prop,namely the inner member of the prop and outer cylinder were treated with Boriding and Alumetizing.After treatment, the strength and hardness of inner member and outer cylinder almost doubled, which provided data for reducing wall thickness of inner and outer cylinders.
