动叶可调轴流式通风机出口流场的实验研究

摘    要:对轴流工通风机在不同安装角时的流场变化地实验研究,得到了通风机的总性能曲线;并用固定在转子前、后测量平面的热线,测量了最高效率点处不同安装角时叶片通道井、出口轴向和切向速度的分布,从而能够清楚地了解到,通风机在安装角度变化时,叶片通道进、出口截面流动结构的变化。

Abstract:Experimental study has been carried out for variable setting angle axial flow fans in this paper. The performance curves of the experimental fan have been obtained and the flow field has been measured at the best efficiency point of each setting angle, in fixed plane downstream the rotor with a constant temperature hot wire anemometer and a periodic multisampling and averaging technique by an on line microcomputer. The parameters of radial and circumferential distribution have been obtained, and isopleth of velocity components over a blade channel are shown and flow structure at the rotor exit channel is characterized for each operating condition.
