摘    要:介绍了65 t/h燃油锅炉改烧水煤浆关键的一些技术和实际应用,对锅炉本体改造,油/水煤浆两用燃烧器开发、水煤浆喷嘴的设计进行了介绍.改造后锅炉进行了油浆混烧和全烧水煤浆的调整试验.实际应用结果表明,水煤浆点火燃烧稳定,锅炉负荷可达60 t/h以上,燃烧效率达到97%以上,锅炉热效率达到90%以上,污染物排放符合国家环保要求.

Abstract:The key technology and application of retrofitting 65 t/h oil-fired boiler into CWS(coal-water slurry)-fired one was reported.The boiler proper retrofit,the study and design of oil/CWS dual burner and CWS nozzle were also reported.The combustion adjustment tests were made in the boiler burning CWS and oil-CWS.Application results indicate that CWS can be ignited and burned steadily in the boiler,the boiler load can reach(60 t/h),combustion efficiency is over 97% and boiler efficiency is over 90%,the pollution emission of flue gas can reach national standards.
