巷道围岩温度场有限体积法模拟计算及实验分析

摘    要:根据巷道围岩温度场的散热特点,基于能量守恒定律和傅里叶定律,建立巷道围岩非稳态温度场数学模型,利用有限体积计算方法编制解算程序并求解出巷道围岩温度场。建立巷道围岩温度场相似模拟实验平台,并利用实验结果对有限体积计算方法的模拟结果进行实验验证,对比后发现有限体积法计算结果同相似模拟实验结果吻合,两者得到的巷道围岩温度场时空曲线变化趋势一致,由此说明了应用该有限体积计算方法所建立数学模型和解算程序的正确性与科学性。利用计算模拟结果和相似模拟实验结果对恒定风流温度下巷道围岩温度场非稳态变化过程中的影响因素进行分析,得到了巷道围岩温度场的变化规律,并以实例分析了巷道围岩温度场的非稳态过程并计算出围岩散热量。

Simulation of finite volume method and experimental analysis for temperature field of roadway surrounding rock
Abstract:The mathematical model of unsteady state temperature field of surrounding rock was established based on the energy conservation law and Fourier law according to the heat dissipation characteristics of temperature field of roadway surrounding rock.The calculation program was worked out by using finite volume calculation method,and the temperature field of surrounding rock of roadway was calculated.Similar experimental platform for temperature field of roadway surrounding rock was established,and the simulation results of the finite volume method were verified by the experimental results.It was found that the calculation results of finite volume method coincide with that of similar simulation experiments.The variation trend of space-time curves of temperature field obtained by both methods is consistent.It shows that it is correct and scientific to apply the finite volume method to establish the mathematical model and the calculation program.Based on the simulation results and experimental results,the factors affecting the unsteady state change of the temperature field of the surrounding rock under constant airflow temperature were analyzed,and the variation law of unsteady state temperature field of roadway surrounding rock was obtained.The unsteady state process of temperature field of roadway surrounding rock was analyzed and the heat dissipation of surrounding rock was calculated based on engineering background.
