基于脉冲压缩技术的漏缆故障诊断方法

摘    要:为了解决传统泄露同轴电缆(简称"漏缆")故障诊断的应用局限性及低效性,提出了一种基于线性调频脉冲压缩的漏缆故障诊断方法。对漏缆常见故障及故障诊断原理进行了探讨,阐述了线性调频脉冲压缩技术的基本原理,分析了线性调频信号的时域波形、幅频特性和匹配滤波器的设计方法。提出将线性调频脉冲压缩应用到漏缆故障诊断中,对漏缆故障诊断进行了实例化仿真,并分别采用常规的单脉冲法和线性调频脉冲压缩方法进行了试验验证。结果表明,采用线性调频脉冲压缩方法接收到的回波信号主瓣较窄且峰值较高,具有很好的信噪比,可以很好的诊断出漏缆中故障点的位置,利用该方法对漏缆进行故障诊断是可行的、有效的。

Method for leaky coaxial cable fault diagnosis based on pulse compression
Abstract:To solve the problem of limitation and low efficiency in traditional leaky coaxial cable (LCX) fault diagnosis,a method of LCX fault diagnosis based on linear frequency modulation (LFM) pulse compression technology was proposed.The common faults and fault diagnosis principle of leaky coaxial cable were discussed.The fundamentals of LFM pulse compression technology were described.In addition,the real part and magnitude spectrum of chirp signal and the design of matched filter were also analyzed.Application of LFM pulse compression in leaky coaxial cable fault diagnosis was proposed.The LCX fault diagnosis instance simulation and experimental validation with a conventional method and LFM pulse compression method were carried out.Results show that the main lobe of the echo signal received is narrower and the peak value is higher by the LFM pulse compression technique,and the signal to noise ratio (SNR) is very good.The method of LFM pulse compression can be used to diagnose the fault point of the LCX.It is feasible and effective for fault diagnosis by LFM pulse compression method.
