煤自燃高温贫氧氧化燃烧特性参数的实验研究

摘    要:针对现有煤自燃特性参数测试装置的特点和不足,根据煤田火区高温、贫氧的燃烧特点,设计建造了XKGW-1型煤田火区燃烧特性参数测试实验装置。利用该实验装置模拟了煤田火区的燃烧过程,得到了煤样从常温到600 ℃高温过程中的宏观特性参数规律。实验结果表明,煤样可以在高温、贫氧浓度条件下,继续发生反应,放出大量的热量,维持火区的发展扩大。在火区发展演化的过程中,煤样的升温速率会因水分蒸发等原因出现减小的现象,但总体呈增大趋势;煤样的耗氧速度在50 ℃之前特别缓慢,之后迅速增大,氧浓度急剧减小,当煤温升高到约130 ℃左右,氧气浓度降低到3%以下,并持续缓慢降低;CO和CH4的产生量的变化规律相似,都随煤温的升高而升高,并且在110 ℃之前产生速率较慢,之后逐渐增大;CO2,C2H4,C2H6的产生量的变化规律相似,均随煤温的升高先增大后减小,但峰值点所对应的煤温有所不同。

Abstract:In terms of the characteristics of high temperature and lean oxygen within combustion process of coalfield fire area,based on the investigation of characteristics and shortages of existing coal spontaneous combustion test devices,an experimental facility for coalfield fire area combustion characteristic parameters was developed.The combustion process of coalfield fire area was simulated successfully by using the experimental device,and the change rules of macroscopic characteristic parameters were obtained from room temperature to 600 ℃ high temperature.The experimental results show that coal sample can continuously react and release a lot of heat to maintain the development and expansion of the coalfield fire area under the conditions of high temperature and lean oxygen.In the evolution process of coalfield fire area,the heating rate of coal samples will show a phenomenon of reduction due to evaporation etc.,but show a trend of increase overall.The oxygen consumption rate of coal samples is very slow below 50 ℃,after which increases rapidly,decreases to below 3% when coal temperature rises to about 130 ℃,and continued to decreases very slowly.The changing rule of the quantities of CO and CH4 are similar,both rises along with the rise of coal temperature,produce rate is relatively slow below 110 ℃,then gradually increases.The changing rule of the quantities of CO2,C2H4 and C2H6 are similar,all increases along with the rise of coal temperature and decreases later,but the peak points of coal temperature are different.
