深井冻结壁位移实测研究

摘    要:以我国目前冲积层最厚和冻结最深的陈四楼主,副井冻结壁收敛位移实测结果为例,分析了深井冻结壁径向位移与井帮暴露时间的变化规律和不同土层冻结壁收敛位移变化特征,提出了深井冻结壁径向位移控制范围和方法,并将冻结壁收敛位移实测结果与冻结壁温度场实测结果有机结合起来,进一步批提高冻结壁有效厚度和有效强度是控制冻结壁位移和防止冻结管断裂的重要措施。

Abstract:Taking the measured data of convergence of ice walls for main and auxiliary shafts in Chensilou Mine as examples,the changes of radial displacement of ice wall with time of explosure of shaft wall and the characteristics of convergence of ice wall in different types of soil layers was described. It proposes a range and a method for controlling radial displacement of ice wall in freezing deep shafts. It takes into consideration both the measured data of ice wall movement and the measured data of temperature field of ice wall,and points out that the important measure for control of displacement of ice wall and rupture of freeze. tubes is to increase the effective thickness and strength of the ice wall.
