感应重熔Ni60自熔合金涂层的组织结构

摘    要:采用扫描电镜、电子探针、X射线衍射等测试手段,对Ni60感应重熔涂层组织结构进行了研究。发现感应重熔Ni60涂层明显呈3区分布,从界面开始依次为固溶体区、条状相区和块状相区,并揭示了条状相区的形成原因及影响因素。

Abstract:The microstructure of Ni60 self-fusing alloy coating by induction refusing was studied by means of SEM ,electronic probe and XRD. Three zones were found on Ni60 coating after induction fusing,i. e. solid fusion zone,strip zone and block zone from the interface to the inner part. The reasons and factors affecting the formation of strip zone are also described.
