提升钢丝绳张力定量检测新方法

摘    要:基于电磁检测原理和信号处理技术以及钢丝绳本身具有捻制股波这一结构特点,研究出提升钢丝绳张力的非接触式定量检测新方法.实验表明,用此方法检测钢丝绳张力,其最大误差不超过1.5%,平均误差不超过0.05%.该方法原理正确,系统简单、误差小、应用方便,检测速度快、精度高,省时、省力.为实时在线定量检测钢丝绳张力提供了新的技术途径.

Abstract:A new method is developed for non contact quantitative analysis of wire rope tension based on the principle of electro magnetic test,signal conditioning technique and feature of strand wave of the wire rope.The maximum error of the measured tension of the wire rope is not more than 1.5%,and the average error is not more than 0.05%.This method is correct in principle.It is simple and convenient.The test speed is fast,and it has high accuracy.It saves time and efforts.It provides a new technical approach for quantitative test of wire rope tension.
