钢纤维混凝土弧板井壁结构的力学特性

摘    要:针对深厚表土层煤矿立井井筒支护难题,提出可适用于冻结井筒外层井壁的钢纤维混凝土预制弧板井壁结构。通过模型试验对该种井壁结构的力学特性进行了研究。结果表明:钢纤维可增强弧板井壁结构的韧性,井壁破坏前钢纤维混凝土环向峰值应变达2 200~2 300 με;钢纤维可改善井壁结构的变形和破坏特征,井壁破坏时的最大径向位移可达20 mm以上。利用试验验证的有限元模型对钢纤维弧板井壁进行了极限承载力影响因素的分析,表明混凝土抗压强度与井壁厚径比是承载力的主要影响因素,而钢纤维掺入量对井壁承载力影响较小。最后建立了钢纤维混凝土弧板井壁的极限承载力经验公式。

Abstract:Aiming at the difficult problem of reinforcement for coal mine shafts in the deep alluvium,steel fibre concrete arc shaft wall applied to outer shaft wall of freezing shaft was proposed Mechanical characteristic of the shaft wall structure was analyzed by model test.The results indicate that steel fibre can enhance toughness of arc shaft wall,and circumferential peak strain of steel fibre concrete amount to 2 200~2 300 με before shaft wall is damaged.Steel fibre can also improve deformation character of the shaft wall,and the most radial displacement of shaft wall amount to more than 20 mm when it is damaged.Making use of finite element model which was validated by model test,bearing capacity influencing factor of arc shaft wall was analyzed,and the result indicates that compressive strength of concrete and thickness diameter ratio are main factor,and that steel fibre content has less effect on bearing capacity.In the end,bearing capacity empirical formula of steel fibre arc shaft wall was gained.
