K-/Ca-/Fe-化合物对煤焦催化气化作用特性

摘    要:为考察不同催化剂(K-/Ca-/Fe-化合物)的催化特性,在STA 449F3同步热分析仪上开展了小龙潭(XLT)褐煤、府谷(FG)烟煤和高平(GP)无烟煤等3种不同煤阶煤焦催化气化实验研究。研究发现,与原煤焦的气化过程相比,添加不同种类的催化剂后,3种煤焦的初始气化温度有不同程度的降低,最大可达200 ℃左右;其中催化剂的活性排序为:K2CO3>Na2CO3> KCl>Fe(NO3)3>CaO。碱金属类催化剂良好的催化作用源于其受热条件下流动性好,从而能很好地分布于C基质表面,而Fe-,Ca-催化剂由于其具有更高的熔融温度,流动性较差,更多的还是体现在煤孔隙结构变化对气化反应速率的影响。

Characteristics of catalytic and gasification of coal char by K-/Ca-/Fe-compounds
Abstract:This study focused a special attention on the characteristics of K-/Ca-/Fe-salts or oxides and investigated on their catalytic activity by STA 449F3 thermogravimetric analyzer(TG).The results show that with the addition of catalysts into coal char,the initial gasification temperature decreased dramatically,with the maximum being 200 ℃.Compared to the performance of different kinds of catalysts,the decreasing order of catalytic activity was observed as K2CO3>Na2CO3>KCl>Fe(NO3)3>CaO,which indicates the alkali metal carbonates has more significant catalytic activity.For alkali metal carbonates,their good catalytic activity is owing to their good mobility under heating conditions,thus they can distribute evenly on the carbon surface,while for Fe-/Ca-catalysts,due to their higher melting temperature,the mobility is poor and the catalytic gasification reactivity is affected by the pore structure of coal char.
