煤矿机械磨损失效研究

摘    要:为了充分认识和高度重视我国煤矿机械的磨损失效问题,对煤矿机械的磨损失效形式和机理进行了现场研究和理论分析,对因磨损而造成的经济损失进行了统计计算.研究表明:煤矿机械的磨损失效形式主要是磨损和断裂;磨损机理主要是磨粒磨损和腐蚀磨损;全国煤矿系统因磨损而造成的经济损失每年大约在400亿元以上.此外,还对如何有效地减少煤矿机械磨损和延长其使用寿命提出了具体建议.

Abstract:In order to realize and pay rapt attention to the problem of wear failures of mining machinery in our country,the wear failure forms and mechanisms of mining machinery were investigated and analyzed,and the economic loss caused by wear was calculated statistically.Study showed that the wear and fracture are main wear failure forms,and the abrasive wear and corrosive wear are dominant wear mechanisms.It was revealed that the economic loss caused by wear is more than 40 billion yuans in coal mines.In addition,some suggestions about how to reduce the wear failure of mining machinery and prolong its working life were put forward.
