水煤浆在电站燃油锅炉内的燃烧试验

摘    要:山东白杨河电厂3号230t/h燃油锅炉是我国第一台改烧水煤浆的锅炉。为了取得水煤浆燃烧器设计的试验依据,将这台锅炉的3号角改装了水煤浆燃烧器,并分别进行了新安装的3号角水煤浆燃烧器燃油和燃水煤浆的燃烧试验,试验达到了水煤浆代油发电的目的,获得的试验数据和经验对改进这台被改造的燃油锅炉的水煤浆燃烧器的设计是非常有益的。

Abstract:The No.3 Oil fired boiler with an hourly capacity of 230 t in Baiyanghe power plant, Shandong is the first boiler retrofitted into a coal water mixture fired boiler in China. To obtain data for designing a CWM fired burner, an oil fired burner at No.3 corner of this boiler is retrofitted into a CWM fired burner. Combustion tests of burning oil and CWM in this burner were made respectively. The goal of using CWM to replace oil was achieved. The data and experience obtained are very useful for improving design of CWM fired burner of this retrofitted oil fired boiler.
