综放工作面采空区煤自燃过程的动态数值模拟

摘    要:综放工作面采空区浮煤自燃主要取决于浮煤厚度,氧浓度,漏风强度,工作面推进速度和自燃发火期5个参量,工作面正常生产时,采空区自燃三带处于一个动态的稳定状态。根据综放工作面采空区自燃发火特点,将松散煤体自燃发火数学模型简化,建立了综放工作面采空区湿度变化的动态数学模型,用计算机动态模拟采空区浮煤自在升温过程,对时反映采空区温度分布状态及其动态变化规律,对采空区浮煤自然危险性进行超前预测,指导综放工作面的安全生产。

Abstract:Float coal self ignite mainly rests with float coal thickness, oxygen concentration, air leak intensity, advance velocity and spontaneous combustion period in goaf. As the production is normal in working face, the three zones are dynamic stable state in goaf. According to the characteristic of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf in fully mechanized caving face, simplified mathematical model of coal spontaneous combustion, dynamic mathematical model of temperature change is set up in goaf. Computer dynamically simulates the process of coal spontaneous elevating temperature, and temperature distribution and its dynamic change rule is timely reflected in goaf. The risk of coal self ignite is forecasted in advance by dynamic simulation in gob, and guide safety in production.
