激波诱导预混瓦斯燃烧的数值模拟

摘    要:利用Chemkin软件模拟了不同速度的激波诱导不同浓度的甲烷、空气混合气体燃烧的过程,得到:入射激波速度高于1 300 m/s时,瓦斯能发生燃烧,此时高压室压力大于11.004 MPa ,与实验结果基本吻合;初始压力越大,激波速度越快,瓦斯点火延迟时间时间显著减短,燃烧越容易发生;下游管道的直径大于3.8 mm时,对瓦斯燃烧的影响不大,但是下游管道直径过小,火焰容易熄灭,说明激波能诱导瓦斯燃烧。

Abstract:By means of the software Chemkin,the spontaneous combustion processes of different concentration mixed gas of CH4 and air were simulated,which was induced by shock waves in different velocity.It can be concluded when the shock velocity is higher than 1 300 m/s,the pressure is higher than 11.004 MPa,CH4 combustion can be obtained,which is basically agreed with the experiment.It is also concluded that the greater the initial pressure,the rapider the shock waves velocity,and the shorter the ignition time,which shows that the CH4 combustion correspondingly easily happen.When the diameter of rear pipes is greater than 3.8 mm,it influences the CH4 combustion little.However,the CH4 combustion is easy to extinguish when the the diameter of rear pipes is too small.The simulation results show that CH4 combustion could happen induced by shock wave.
