硝酸铁对贫瘦煤燃烧反应的动力学影响

摘    要:采用热重法考察了硝酸铁对贫瘦煤燃烧性能的影响,分析试样的TG/DTG/DTA曲线,观察硝酸铁对贫瘦煤着火点温度、最大燃烧速率点温度和燃烬点温度的影响,并计算得出硝酸铁对贫瘦煤燃烧反应的活化能E、频率因子A及反应级数n的影响.结果显示,添加硝酸铁使贫瘦煤的着火点温度、最大燃烧速率点温度和燃烬点温度都明显下降,最大燃烧速率也显著提高,添加3%的硝酸铁(质量分数)可以使贫瘦煤燃烧反应的活化能降低71 kJ/mol,频率因子和反应级数都有明显的下降,燃烧特性指数P也显示,添加硝酸铁使贫瘦煤更容易着火且增强了其燃烧的稳定性.

Abstract:The combustion kinetics characteristics of lean-meager coal added with ferric nitrate were studied by thermal-gravimetric analysis.Each indices of ignition and burning which could reflect the combustion performance was worked out by the data from the TG/DTG/DTA curves of the samples.The results show that adding ferric nitrate can reduce the activation energy(E) by 71 kJ/mol,and both frequency factor and reaction series are decreased by adding ferric nitrate.Both the ignition temperature and burnout temperature of lean-meager coal are decreased after adding ferric nitrate.And the combustion characteristic P also reveals that adding ferric nitrate shortened the ignition time of lean-meager coal and enhanced the stability of combustion behavior.
